ZL60H wheel loaders are CHANGLIN's fourth generation of construction equipment designed with large vehicle body and long wheelbase to deal with heavy loads in various working conditions. 1.Frame The innovative design of the main hinge of the frame "matches" the tapered roller bearing structure to increase the contact area and ensure the reliability of the hinge even under severe working conditions;

2. Transformation System

ZF4WG200 dual-transformation system is adopted, and the gearbox is an electro-hydraulic power-shift fixed-axis type, which can realize forced deceleration, easy and safe operation, and high operating efficiency;

3.Hydraulic system

Based on simulation and test verification, innovative design of the hydraulic system for diverting heat dissipation can make the hydraulic system of the whole machine obtain reasonable and sufficient heat dissipation under any working conditions, and improve the efficiency of the radiator and the reliability of the hydraulic system;

4.Canbin The large-opening design of the T-series exterior cover allows both the front air inlet and rear air outlet of the radiator to be opened. The new cab is upgraded, with super strong sealing, and the noise of the whole machine is far lower than the national standard;
